I love love love gardening & visiting historic homes. I also enjoy bike riding & taking my dogs for a walk.  I love  cooking big meals & spending time with family.

I was a medical office manager & a medical transcriptionist

I love architecture, decorating,landscaping, historic homes, and helping people

How every home & property is different in the area I sell in…not too many cookie cutters…all unique with unique property & features

Do you have a specialty in a certain area. Are there certain properties you enjoy selling more than others?
Yes, always passionate about old homes…lake properties, vacation homes & fixer uppers!

What is the most unique property you have listed, purchased, or sold?
An antique home on the Mohawk River dating to the 1600’s…a hidden attic sheltering slaves on the underground railroad.

What are the top 4 things you feel separate you from the competition?
My experience level…not just hundreds & hundreds of  residential real estate sales but the dozens of properties my husband and I have owned & renovated personally.  Accompanying hundreds & hundreds of structural inspections allows me to spot problems immediately.  My network of inspectors, contractors, well & septic experts, etc.  My patience and willingness to go the extra mile and ensure a happy client at the end of the transaction.
